Job summary

ClickHouse, a leading cloud analytics company, is seeking a Partner Sales Director-MEA, based in the UAE. This role accelerates revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales across Middle East markets with SI, FSI, ISV, and channel partners. Quota-carrying and collaboration with field teams are key.

You will expand partnerships, source opportunities, shape joint solutions, and drive successful project delivery across MEA. Strong strategic and executional capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software sales
• Experience in channel sales or strategic alliances
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets via partner ecosystems
• Ability to develop GTM strategies and drive execution
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of SI/FSI/ISV partner models in MEA

Responsibilities

• Own revenue quota for partner-sourced bookings across MEA.
• Collaborate with field sales to integrate partners into key account plans.
• Build joint sales motions with SIs, FSIs, ISVs, and channel partners.
• Serve as the primary partner sales interface for MEA regions.
• Develop joint account plans and demand-generation activities with partners.
• Drive pipeline visibility and quarterly partner reviews.
• Identify and onboard strategic SI and ISV partnerships.
• Define joint GTM plays and enablement paths for scalable delivery.
• Coordinate with product and solutions engineering on partner-led projects.
