Yonyou MEA is seeking a Business Partner / Channel Manager to develop a trusted partner ecosystem for its enterprise digital solutions. You will identify and enable the right partners, build joint go-to-market plans, and help turn shared opportunities into customer value and sustainable growth.

The role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and developing channel partners, building joint business plans, and coordinating with internal teams to drive growth in target markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel sales and partner management.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial awareness; ability to structure practical partnerships.
• Clear communication, presentation, coordination and follow-through.
• Professional English; Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.
• Collaborative, organized and results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Identify, recruit, and develop channel partners and resellers across target markets.
• Build joint business plans, sales priorities, and pipeline goals with partners.
• Enable partners with positioning, sales materials, and go-to-market guidance.
• Coordinate partner-led opportunities with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
• Monitor partner pipeline and performance; provide forecasts and updates.
• Support partner meetings, events, and trainings to strengthen collaboration.
