Job summary

Netwrix is seeking an elite, high-performance Account Executive to own a defined Middle East territory, with primary focus on the UAE and GCC. This hunter role closes complex, high-value enterprise deals and manages the full sales cycle above $1M ARR.

You will build a territory strategy, develop a robust pipeline from scratch, and drive growth through direct and partner-led motions while engaging CISOs, CIOs, and senior stakeholders across the MEA region. Based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Based in Dubai/UAE with full eligibility to work in the region.
• 10–12 years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Proven record of closing deals above $1M and consistently exceeding quota.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory plan for the UAE and GCC.
• Build pipeline aggressively through direct outreach and partner collaboration.
• Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting to contract.
• Identify and develop internal champions across target accounts.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying involving security, IT, legal, and procurement.
• Work with distributors, VARs, MSSPs, and system integrators for co-sell opportunities.
• Educate and enable partners on Netwrix's value proposition.
