Job summary

Netwrix is hiring an elite Account Executive to own a defined Middle East territory, focusing on UAE and GCC. This hunter will close complex, high-value software deals, manage multi-stakeholder negotiations, and drive pipeline from scratch, leveraging a vast MEA network and partner ecosystem.

Based in Dubai/UAE, you will navigate security and IT stakeholders, collaborate with distributors and MSSPs, and propel strategic growth for Netwrix’s identity security and data governance portfolio across

Qualifications

10–12 years of enterprise software sales experience with vendors.
Proven record of closing enterprise deals above $1M ARR.
Strong network across MEA cybersecurity ecosystem (UAE, GCC).
Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles without handoffs.

Responsibilities

Own UAE/GCC territory plan and build a high-quality pipeline.
Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close on large deals.
Collaborate with distributors, VARs, MSSPs, and system integrators to expand pipeline.
Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to drive deals.
Position Netwrix strengths against competitors and manage complex procurement processes.
