Job summary

Lenovo in Dubai seeks a Channel Strategy Operations Manager to drive ISG channel programs and initiatives across the MEA region. You will coordinate with regional and global stakeholders, align priorities, and expand the distribution structure to optimize Lenovo's channel ecosystem.

The role requires extensive sales experience in IT, proven leadership in channel management, and strong executive relationships within MEA. Occasional travel across MEA and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with leadership roles and channel management.
• Strong executive relationships within MEA channel reseller and distribution markets.
• Experience across commercial channels including collaboration, cloud service providers and infrastructure specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic ISG channel initiatives with governance milestones.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and execution.
• Expand and realign the ISG distribution structure for One Lenovo model.
• Drive channel breadth through new partner onboarding and ecosystem development.
• SPOC for all ISG channel enablement across MEA; ensure compliance.
