Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales, or Commercial Leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing regional or zone-level commercial, offer, or marketing functions.
• Strong expertise in GTM strategy, portfolio management, pricing, and channel development.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across the MEA region as required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Zone offer strategy in alignment with global business objectives and regional market priorities.
• Adapt global offer roadmaps, positioning, and value propositions to meet MEA customer and market needs.
• Lead Zone GTM strategies and commercialization plans to accelerate growth and adoption.
• Drive portfolio optimization, pricing excellence, and lifecycle management to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
• Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to Global Business Units to support innovation and portfolio evolution.
• Develop and execute the Zone channel marketing strategy to increase market coverage, partner engagement, and share of wallet.
• Drive deployment and localization of global and regional channel programs across MEA markets.
• Lead major product launches, commercial campaigns, and channel activation initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Channel Management teams to strengthen channel capabilities and accelerate growth.
• Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, productivity, and profitability.
