Job summary

Progesys, Inc. in Dubai seeks a seasoned business development professional to drive growth in the industrial sector. You will lead prospecting, client engagement, and strategic partnerships to expand our regional footprint.

With 7–10 years of BD experience and fluency in English and Arabic (French a plus), you will craft campaigns, present solutions, and build lasting relationships that deliver measurable ROI for clients and Progesys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
• 7–10 years in business development and professional services sales to industrial sectors (mining, metals, petrochemicals, oil and gas, etc.).
• English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Experience in project management and capital project lifecycles.
• Knowledge of local markets and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve Progesys' business objectives in the assigned region.
• Prospecting and cold calling; key accounts management and sales presentations.
• Research, qualify and pursue new contacts and business opportunities.
• Plan, develop and organize external meetings, campaigns, seminars, and presentations.
• Build and maintain excellent relations with clients, partners, and associations at various levels.
• Understand client objectives and tailor solutions to help them succeed.
• Promote Progesys' capabilities and ROI to clients.
• Represent Progesys in the market and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain progress and account status with management.
• Support external marketing campaigns and keep CRM/account plans up to date.
• Attend trade shows and participate in professional associations.
