Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, or a comparable role.
• Strong experience in people management in current or previous roles.
• Strong track record of proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone and in email.
• Comfortable working independently with strong time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach - Conduct proactive outreach to new leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Make first contact with prospective clients to introduce our service offerings and assess suitability.
• Lead Qualification - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
• Meeting Scheduling & Pipeline Support - Book qualified meetings directly into Business Development Managers’ calendars. Coordinate introductions and ensure smooth transition from initial outreach to the BDM team.
• Market Intelligence - Track competitor activity and share insights with sales leadership. Identify companies hiring contractors or undergoing expansion aligned with our specialty services.
