Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
Contact potential clients and introduce the company’s products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Communicate with Arabic- and English-speaking clients professionally and effectively.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, calls, and business events.
