A leading hospitality brand in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies promoting spa services and enhancing brand visibility. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and managing promotional events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the wellness or hospitality sectors, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Previous experience in the UAE is preferred.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase brand visibility Plan and execute digital social media and traditional marketing campaigns Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Manage promotional events collaborations and partnerships to enhance customer engagement Prepare marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance against KPIs Collaborate with spa management and operations teams to ensure seamless brand messaging Oversee content creation advertisements and marketing collateral Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention Requirements Proven experience in marketing preferably in the spa wellness or hospitality industry Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools social media platforms and campaign analytics Excellent communication leadership and project management skills Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies Previous UAE experience is preferred
