Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Head of Seller Services to lead growth for the UAE third‑party marketplace. You will drive seller acquisition, expand partnerships, own P&L, and align cross‑functional teams to boost product selection, performance, and customer value across the UAE.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years in business development, sales leadership, or related roles within tech or e‑commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles.
• Strong preference for technology, internet, marketplace, or e‑commerce backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead seller acquisition and growth programs across the UAE marketplace.
• Manage and develop a team of business development, sales, and seller services professionals.
• Set performance objectives, allocate resources, monitor results, and coach team members.
• Build a pipeline of small, medium, and large sellers and develop growth strategies.
• Own program strategy, targets, and P&L performance across the UAE marketplace.
