Marketing Manager (Emirati National)

We are seeking a Marketing Manager (Emirati National) to lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement and support organizational growth within the utilities sector. This role demands strong marketing expertise, leadership capability and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver impactful data‑driven marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing & Planning: Develop the annual marketing strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals; conduct customer insight studies, market analysis and sector benchmarking; plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and PR channels.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand identity and ensure consistent application across all internal and external communication; maintain and evolve brand guidelines to align with corporate reputation and positioning; monitor brand perception and implement initiatives to enhance public awareness and trust.
  • Digital & Customer Engagement: Lead digital marketing initiatives such as social media strategy, SEO/SEM, website enhancement and customer journey optimization; oversee content development for digital channels, newsletters and customer communication platforms; improve online engagement, traffic and campaign performance through data‑driven insights.
  • Communication & Public Relations: Coordinate with communication teams on media relations, press releases and public announcements; support government communication, CSR initiatives, sustainability campaigns and customer awareness programs; manage external agencies, creative partners and production houses.
  • Campaign & Project Management: Develop targeted campaigns related to conservation awareness, service updates, sustainability programs and new service rollouts; track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports highlighting ROI and impact; ensure quality, timeliness and alignment with regulatory communication standards.
  • Budget & Team Leadership: Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimized spending; lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a high‑performance culture; oversee procurement and vendor evaluation in accordance with internal policies.
Requirements
  • Must be an Emirati National (UAE National) with a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in utilities, government entities, energy infrastructure or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, campaign management and content strategy.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.
