Overview

Job Purpose: We are looking for a bold and creative Marketing and Brand Lead to craft and amplify the brand identity of a new private bank. This role will be instrumental in establishing brand equity, building top-of-funnel visibility, and driving multi-channel engagement with affluent clientele in the region.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

Brand Positioning & Development

  • Define the brand architecture, tone, and visual identity across all client touchpoints.
  • Translate the bank’s value proposition into compelling storytelling and content.
  • Lead the development of brand assets, digital presence, and visual frameworks

Client Engagement & Loyalty

  • Design and execute CRM programs, referral initiatives, and client lifecycle campaigns.
  • Leverage data insights to personalize communication and drive retention.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own the marketing funnel from awareness to engagement and conversion.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Collaborate with GTM, digital, and product teams to support acquisition and activation goals.

Event & Sponsorship Strategy

  • Curate and manage brand activations, sponsorships, and premium client events.
  • Ensure all touchpoints reflect luxury standards and the bank’s positioning.
