Job summary

Cognita is seeking a proactive Admissions Advisor in Dubai to own the journey for prospective families from enquiry to enrolment. You will manage a high-volume pipeline across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels, and qualify families by relocation plans and start dates.

The ideal candidate has proven sales or admissions experience, a track record of hitting targets, and strong CRM skills (HubSpot or Salesforce).

Qualifications

• Proven sales, admissions or account management experience.
• Track record of achieving commercial targets.
• Customer service experience, ideally premium and high-touch.
• CRM experience such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes.
• Flexible shift work, starting between 10:00 and 13:00 UAE time.
• Experience in international schools or education admissions.

Responsibilities

• Own the journey for prospective families from enquiry to application and enrolment
• Manage a high-volume pipeline across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels
• Qualify families by relocation plans, educational needs and start dates
• Hold consultative sales conversations highlighting each school's value
• Coordinate tours, virtual meetings and assessments with school teams
• Keep accurate records of family interactions in the CRM
