We are seeking a highly respected Managing Director, Management Consulting to provide enterprise-level leadership, drive sustained revenue growth, and shape the long-term strategic direction of the consulting firm. The Managing Director serves as a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and executive leadership teams while owning key client relationships and leading major practice areas.

This role carries significant responsibility for business performance, market positioning, and firm-wide leadership, and is equivalent to Partner/Principal-level roles in top consulting firms.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Client & Market Leadership
  • Serve as senior executive advisor to CEOs, boards, and C-suite leaders across key accounts
  • Own and expand strategic client relationships, ensuring long-term value creation and client retention
  • Lead the design and oversight of enterprise-wide, high-impact consulting engagements
  • Represent the firm in the market through executive forums, industry events, and thought leadership
Revenue Ownership & Business Growth
  • Hold full P&L or revenue ownership for major accounts, portfolios, or practice areas
  • Originate, sell, and close large-scale consulting engagements and multi-year programs
  • Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with firm growth objectives
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and strategic partnerships
Practice & Firm Leadership
  • Shape and execute the firm’s consulting strategy, offerings, and market positioning
  • Sponsor innovation, capability development, and intellectual capital creation
  • Drive operational excellence, quality standards, and risk management across engagements
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on firm‑wide strategy, investments, and governance
Talent, Culture & Succession Leadership
  • Attract, develop, and retain top consulting talent across all levels
  • Sponsor leadership development, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Set the tone for firm culture, values, and ethical standards
  • Act as a role model for collaboration, accountability, and client‑centric leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting or a closely related advisory role
  • Proven track record of senior executive advisory and long-term client relationship ownership
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation, large‑deal origination, and practice leadership
  • Experience leading complex, multi‑year, and multi‑geography consulting programs
  • Exceptional executive presence, judgment, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Deep industry expertise and strong professional network
