Job description

1. Experience in data governance, data engineering, or data management, with a proven ability to lead enterprise data initiatives.
2. Strong expertise in implementing data governance frameworks, including metadata management, data lineage, quality rules, and business glossaries.
3. Hands‑on experience with governance tools such as Axon, EDC, IDQ, Collibra, and Azure Purview.
4. Solid background in ETL/ELT pipeline development and data warehouse solutions using platforms like Informatica, WhereScape, Apache Airflow, and Azure Data Factory.
5. Familiarity with modern data ecosystems including Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Azure Data Lake.
6. Experience integrating governance with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and OBIEE.
7. Exposure to regulated industries such as banking, government, or telecom, with understanding of data privacy and compliance practices.
8. Skilled in working within Agile environments and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow for project and stakeholder management.
