We are seeking an experienced M&A Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work on various M&A transactions, providing financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and scenario planning.
• Assist in conducting due diligence on target companies, including reviewing financial statements, contracts, and other relevant documents.
• Support deal execution, including drafting pitch books, information memoranda, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential acquisition targets.
• Assist in managing client relationships, including presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investment bankers, lawyers, and accountants.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA certification preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or related field.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills preferred.
