Job summary

Chalhoub Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a store leadership role within its luxury beauty division, featuring spa offerings. You will lead and coach a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage VIP client relationships to strengthen loyalty.

Focused on visual merchandising, stock control and daily operations, you will drive sales through exceptional team performance and strategic promotions, while maintaining brand standards and ensuring a superior store experience.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury beauty or skincare retail.
Spa experience is a plus.
Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a store team to achieve store goals.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage VIP guest relationships.
Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising, store cleanliness and staff grooming.
Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, shop floor coverage and stock movement.
Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity; share insights with management and back-office teams.
Support store projects, promotions and community events to drive sales and engagement.
Leverage clienteling tools to strengthen customer relationships and post-purchase experiences.
