Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach seeks an Assistant Spa Manager to lead the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness teams within a luxury guest-focused environment. You will drive service excellence, coach staff, and ensure seamless daily operations.

The role emphasizes revenue growth through memberships, retail upselling, and impactful wellness experiences, while maintaining brand standards, guest satisfaction, and rigorous health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Spa Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience driving revenue through memberships, retail sales, and upselling.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, inventory, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of Spa, Wellness, and Fitness operations, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service.
• Drive team performance through coaching, training, mentoring, and development initiatives.
• Support revenue growth through membership sales, retail performance, upselling programs, and wellness experiences.
• Enhance spa and wellness offerings by identifying trends and introducing innovative treatments, services, and retail products.
• Oversee the Spa Membership Program, ensuring sales, retention, engagement, and satisfaction targets.
• Ensure exceptional guest and member experiences by handling feedback, resolving concerns, and personalizing service.
• Manage payroll, inventory control, retail management, contracts, and vendor payment follow-up.
• Monitor compliance with brand standards, health and safety requirements, and departmental policies.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and cross-functional teams to drive objectives and guest satisfaction.
