Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Front Office teams in luxury hospitality.
• Outstanding guest service orientation with a proactive approach.
• Solid knowledge of reservations and property management systems (PMS).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, evaluate, lead and coach Front Office staff to meet standards.
• Be visible in operations, recognize good performance and handle guest requests.
• Manage labor and costs through scheduling, budgeting and inventory control.
• Attend regular meetings to coordinate with other departments.
• Monitor facilities and equipment and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
