You will mentor staff, ensure service standards, manage guest relations and collaborate with a global brand renowned for personalised service and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a leading 5-star hotel; Dubai experience is a plus.
• Proficient computer literacy with working knowledge of F&B systems and POS.
• Strong business acumen, guest relations, and personal flair.

Responsibilities

• Assists in motivating and developing a skilled team; leads by example and fosters continuous learning.
• Ensures high quality guest service; is highly visible in service and takes and serves orders.
• Maximises revenue by effective table management; plans for additional resources during peak periods.
• Prepares annual budget for the outlet; reviews monthly P&L; analyzes variances and takes corrective actions.
• Engages in guest interaction; creates personalised experiences; maintains accurate guest records.
• Takes ownership of guest concerns and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assists in motivating and developing a skilled team, leads by example and instills a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees; actively participates in Employee Relations activities and programs
• Ensures high quality guest service in his/her area; is highly visible and actively participates in service; assists in taking and serving orders
• Maximises revenue by effective table management; plans for additional resources during high volume periods
• Prepares annual budget for the outlet of Food & Beverage; Reviews monthly profit and loss statement for the outlet; analyses significant budget variances and establish necessary actions to minimise future negative variances
• Engages in guest interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner; creates personalised experiences; establishes a network of regular guests and keeps relevant and accurate records
• Takes ownership of guest concerns and requests and acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur

Requirements

• Three to five years’ relevant experience in a leading 5 Star hotel. Lounge experience preferred and Dubai experience will be an added advantage
• Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of different Food & Beverage Systems, POS etc
• Possesses business acumen, well developed guest PR skills and personal flair
