Qualifications

• Proven experience in spa or wellness facility in 5-star hotel with a track record of successfully leading operations and achieving business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with employees, guests and external partners.
• Demonstrated leadership with recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
• Service-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control and revenue optimization.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends, interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage all spa operations and facilities to ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and compliance with SOPs and brand guidelines.
• Lead, mentor and develop spa staff through communication, performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Establish and implement proactive strategic initiatives to market spa products and services, driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of therapist schedules, treatment room utilization and staff productivity.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors, including locations, offerings, pricing, and market positioning.
• Analyze business trends and global spa market developments to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
• Oversee monthly inventory checks and manage procurement to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Ensure consistent implementation of quality assurance standards and audit requirements across spa areas.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders representing the spa and resort brand values.
• Maintain knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services to provide expert guidance and recommendations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
