Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years in reception/front-office in luxury spa, hotel or wellness center.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) are a plus.
Proficient with booking software and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out while maintaining a calm spa atmosphere.
Schedule treatments, manage therapist rosters and optimize room utilization.
Provide information on treatment menus, memberships, and facility amenities; handle guest inquiries discretely.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest profiles; handle cash/credit transactions.
Collaborate with therapists and management to resolve guest concerns promptly.
