Ideal candidates hold international certifications (CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC), 2–3 years of luxury spa experience, and strong English communication skills. UAE eligibility or relocation willingness is required.

Qualifications

• International certification in massage therapy or related wellness discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel spa or high-end wellness resort.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE work eligibility or willingness to relocate.

• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards across all treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory
• Provide expert guidance on retail products and aftercare to enhance the guest wellness journey
• Collaborate seamlessly with front desk and wellness teams to ensure smooth scheduling and service flow
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Recognized international certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or related wellness discipline (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel spa or high‑end wellness resort
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone preferred)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong commitment to guest‑centric service, discretion, and professionalism
• Valid UAE work eligibility or willingness to relocate
