Context:
The Spa and Wellness Associate at a luxury resort supports a premium spa environment. The role involves preparing treatment rooms, maintaining facilities, welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, delivering treatments, and ensuring a seamless wellness experience that reflects the resort’s standards.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome spa guests with warmth, professionalism, and a calm service approach.
• Support daily spa and wellness operations across reception, guest areas, treatment spaces, relaxation zones, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and beautifully presented spa facilities, including changing rooms, lockers, lounges, treatment rooms, and amenity areas.
• Assist guests with spa journeys, service information, reservations, directions, product guidance and general wellness inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments, guest preferences, therapist schedules and operational requirements when supporting reception duties.
• Prepare treatment spaces, linens, products, supplies and equipment to ensure each guest experience is smooth and comfortable.
• Deliver professional spa treatments where qualified, following approved treatment standards, hygiene protocols and guest care procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs through attentive observation, discreet communication and thoughtful service touches.
• Work closely with therapists, receptionists, attendants, supervisors, and resort colleagues to maintain seamless spa operations.
• Follow health, hygiene, safety, privacy and service standards during all guest‑facing and operational activities.
• Report maintenance issues, product shortages, guest concerns, lost property or service disruptions to the appropriate team member.
• Support wellness events, seasonal packages, luxury guest experiences, retail promotion and internal spa initiatives when required.
• Maintain a polished appearance, positive attitude and respectful communication with guests and colleagues at all times.

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in a luxury spa, wellness centre, hotel, resort, salon, health club, reception desk or guest service environment.
• For therapist‑focused roles, spa therapy certification or relevant wellness treatment training is required.
• Strong interest in holistic wellness, luxury service, personal care and high‑quality guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make guests feel relaxed, welcomed and cared for.
• Good grooming, professional presentation and confidence in a premium hospitality environment.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy periods while maintaining service elegance.
• Strong teamwork skills with a flexible approach to supporting different spa and wellness functions.
• Understanding of hygiene standards, guest privacy, appointment handling and safe spa operations.
• Positive attitude with patience, discretion, attention to detail and a genuine service mindset.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays and peak resort periods as required.
