Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai invites a skilled kitchen supervisor to lead culinary operations at our premier luxury resort. You will oversee kitchen sections, ensure standards, manage stock, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, HACCP training, and Culinary Arts training, with a High School Diploma. We offer a supportive environment, development opportunities, and competitive tax-free AED salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the same role within luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant.
• Culinary Arts training from a reputable establishment.
• Previous HACCP training.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing efficient, friendly, and attentive service.
• Oversee and actively participate in delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Supervise kitchen section(s) to ensure tasks are completed according to standards, including stock management, portion control, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Implement measures to minimize waste and control operating costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Evaluate food products for consistency and quality, maintaining high standards in food preparation.
