Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in planning and coordinating daily kitchen operations across outlets.
• Oversee costs, food handling, storage, preparation, and production to maintain quality.
• Supervise attendance, punctuality, and overtime; ensure accurate duty time recording and product storage.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B Manager to develop sales strategies and events.
• Implement and monitor SOPs; enforce adherence and continuous improvements.
