Job summary

The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee cooks, coordinate daily kitchen activities, and ensure consistent presentation and quality of dishes. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in related roles with at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and a Technical/Trade/Vocational School Degree.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: 4 to 6 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out of stock items.
• Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Follow all safety policies and report hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Develop positive working relationships with team to reach goals.
