Job summary

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers.
Inform Food & Beverage staff of menu specials and out of stock items.
Prepare special meals or substitute items.
Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food.
Maintain kitchen logs for safety programs and product quality.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
Follow all company safety policies and report hazards to management.
