The ideal candidate holds a Culinary Arts degree, has 5+ years in luxury hotel kitchens with lounge leadership, and excels in menu development and teamwork. UAE-based, demanding in-house roles offer growth within a world-class brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years kitchen experience with lounge management in a luxury 5-star hotel.
• Degree in Culinary Arts from an accredited school.
• Expert in multi-cuisine kitchen management and food presentation.
• Proven skills in menu development, pricing, production and delivery.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in setting and upholding service and food quality standards.
• Prepare and cook dishes following recipes and hygiene rules.
• Communicate operational issues, assist in menu development, and use seasonal ingredients.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff; maintain training programs.
• Ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and HACCP/safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement in kitchen operations.
