Job summary

Majestas in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Events Manager to drive revenue across our Mandarin Oriental Wasl Tower venues. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead direct sales initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and oversee high-profile events that showcase Majestas’ luxury hospitality portfolio.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience in Dubai’s luxury sector, a strong network, and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in sales, events or business development in Dubai's luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector.
• Established market network in Dubai.
• Proven track record with high-profile events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and events strategy for Dubai venues to drive revenue and market position.
• Identify partnerships with luxury brands and manage client events end-to-end.
• Develop proprietary events and brand activations aligned with Majestas calendar.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and F&B to ensure seamless event delivery.
