Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow the hotel’s sales portfolio across key accounts and revenue streams. You will drive comprehensive client servicing, achieve personal and property targets, and build long-term, value-based relationships with customers to maximize productivity.

As a Sales Manager, you will execute sales strategies, manage the end-to-end sales process, and negotiate terms within established parameters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment within Sales and Banqueting.
• Experience representing hotel at trade shows and sales missions.

Responsabilités

• Develops, acquires and manages business opportunities across market segments and accounts.
• Proactively identifies new business opportunities and develops relationships with customers to drive revenue.
• Implements and executes sales objectives, strategies and plans to achieve targets.
• Manages the sales process from prospecting through negotiation and account development.
• Quotes and negotiates rates and terms for transient, long-stay, group and other business.
• Maximizes revenue through selling, upselling and cross-selling, within approved strategies.
