Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow its luxury hotel sales initiatives. Based in Dubai, you will manage a full sales portfolio across accounts and revenue streams, building long-term, value-based relationships with clients to meet and exceed targets.

You will develop strategies, present compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to drive enterprise value while upholding the brand’s elite service standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment within Sales and Banqueting with proven records of closing sales.
• GCC experience is an advantage.
• Experience representing hotel at trade shows and sales missions.
• Proficiency in using computer applications.
• Mature and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills for external/internal customers.

Responsabilités

• Develops, acquires and manages business opportunities across relevant market segments and accounts in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy and business mix.
• Proactively identifies new business opportunities and develops relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive revenue and market share.
• Implements and executes sales objectives, strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Manages the sales process from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation, conversion and account development.
• Quotes and negotiates rates and commercial terms for transient, long-stay, group and other business within established parameters and approved strategies.
• Maximizes revenue opportunities through effective selling, upselling and cross-selling, while ensuring adherence to established selling strategies.
