The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in luxury hospitality or gaming, excellent English communication, and familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/marketing degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years in guest service, luxury hospitality or gaming is ideal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at Wynn Rewards desk with professionalism.
• Enroll new members into Wynn Rewards and explain benefits.
• Process member transactions, redemptions, and updates accurately.
• Promote offers, events, and exclusive member experiences.
• Resolve guest inquiries and escalate issues to management.
• Maintain knowledge of program policies, promotions, and services.
• Collaborate with departments to boost member satisfaction.
• Uphold Wynn brand standards in guest interactions.
