Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah invites applications for a Manager – Wynn Rewards to oversee the loyalty program and guest experiences in our luxury resort environment. The role drives enrollment, engagement and retention, collaborates with Marketing, Operations and F&B, and leads a team to deliver exceptional, brand-aligned service to VIP guests.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of loyalty program management experience in luxury hospitality or gaming.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and guest engagement platforms.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Wynn Rewards desk, ensuring efficient service and high guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow program enrollment, usage, and member retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, hotel, F&B, and gaming teams to create compelling member offers and experiences.
• Analyze program performance metrics and guest feedback to optimize benefits and engagement.
• Train, mentor, and manage Wynn Rewards team members to deliver consistent, luxury-level service.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and brand standards related to loyalty programs.
• Act as the primary liaison for guest inquiries, escalations, and VIP member relations.
