Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah invites applications for a Wynn Rewards Guest Services Agent. You will greet guests, enroll members, process transactions, and promote exclusive experiences with a focus on flawless service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury hospitality or retail, excellent communication in English, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Arabic skills are a plus; salary is paid in AED along with healthcare, leave, and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Hospitality or Marketing preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of guest service experience, ideally in luxury hospitality or retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data entry tools
• Fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages a plus
• Passion for luxury service and creating memorable guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Wynn Rewards desk with professionalism and courtesy
• Enroll new members into the Wynn Rewards program and clearly explain benefits
• Process member transactions redemptions and account updates accurately
• Promote current offers events and exclusive member experiences
• Resolve guest inquiries and elevate issues to the Manager when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies promotions and resort services
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member satisfaction and engagement
• Uphold Wynn brand standards in all guest interactions
