Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking a Manager – Wynn Rewards to lead the loyalty program for our luxury hospitality property. You will oversee daily Wynn Rewards desk operations and work with marketing, hotel, F&B, and gaming teams to craft premier guest experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business Administration and at least 5 years in gaming loyalty program management. Strong leadership and English fluency are essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in gaming loyalty program management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and guest engagement platforms.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages a plus.
• Must pass gaming licensing background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Wynn Rewards desk operations to ensure luxury guest service.
• Grow program enrollment, usage and member retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, hotel, F&B, and gaming teams on offers.
• Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to optimize benefits.
• Train and manage Wynn Rewards team to deliver consistent service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards for loyalty programs.
• Serve as liaison for guest inquiries, escalations and VIP relations.
