Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Representative to join the Wynn Rewards team in the UAE. You will greet guests at the rewards desk, enroll new members, process transactions, and promote exclusive experiences. The role requires excellent English, 1–2 years in guest service, and comfort with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of guest service experience, ideally in luxury hospitality or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data entry tools.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Wynn Rewards desk with professionalism and courtesy.
• Enroll new members into the Wynn Rewards program and clearly explain benefits.
• Process member transactions, redemptions, and account updates accurately.
• Promote current offers, events, and exclusive member experiences.
• Resolve guest inquiries and escalate issues to the Manager when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies, promotions, and resort services.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.
• Uphold Wynn brand standards in all guest interactions.
