Job summary

Raffles Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Hostess to welcome guests at Azur and Solo Italian Restaurants, manage reservations, and control guest flow to optimise turnover. You will coordinate with the supervisor and outlet trainers to uphold service standards.

The role requires English proficiency, a presentable appearance, and hospitality experience (F&B). On-site position in Dubai with opportunities to support other outlets during peak times.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with guests.
• Computer knowledge with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn and share knowledge with the team.
• Support the Raffles brand promise and luxury in your interactions.
• Foster an inclusive environment for all guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly welcome and seat guests.
• Take telephone bookings and manage reservations clearly.
• Assist in set-up of tables and displays.
• Maintain guest database with accuracy.
• Ensure knowledge of LQA and hotel standards in interactions.
• Resolve guest issues and report incidents to supervisors.
• Train staff in hostess standards and opening readiness.
• Assist other outlets during peak times when needed.
