Responsibilities

• Uphold discipline, grooming standards and punctuality.
• Demonstrate knowledge of LQA standards and ensure compliance.
• Describe dishes with confidence and provide recommendations.
• Understand allergens and dietary requirements and follow SOPs.
• Maintain bar knowledge including coffee, tea, and cocktails.
• Assist other outlets during peak periods as needed.
• Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Complete opening/closing duties and required checklists.
