Job summary

Raffles Dubai is seeking a Head Waitress to lead service in the award-winning lobby lounge. You will support colleagues and leaders to achieve the highest standards, while ensuring guest satisfaction through engaging and informed service.

The role requires expertise in F&B, strong English communication, and a professional demeanor in a luxury hotel environment. On-site work with collaborative teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills and guest-facing service experience.
• Knowledge of wine and cuisine as part of fine dining service.
• Proficient with restaurant POS and hotel tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the LQA service standards for the Outlet.
• Lead and support colleagues to deliver high-quality service.
• Present menus, describe specials, and relay information clearly.
• Operate the POS system, close checks and handle cash-out procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of service areas.
