Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Handle reservations and maintain seating plan.
• Provide menu guidance and information.
• Ensure prompt guest attention and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and an organized reception area.
• Assist with table setup and dining area upkeep.
• Support bar and F and B service with guest preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and preparation.
• Manage guest lists and reservation updates.
• Communicate accurate wait times during peak hours.
• Help train new hostesses.
• Stay updated on local attractions and events.
• Participate in pre-shift briefings on specials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
