Job summary

Dubai Restaurant Group, a premier hospitality holder in Dubai, seeks a talented Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests and deliver exemplary service in a high-end setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, guiding guests to tables, and offering menu insights. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Flexible schedules including weekends and evenings are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a host/hostess in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Fluent in English; second language (Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese) a plus.
• Knowledge of a restaurant reservations system is essential.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and create a positive first impression.
• Escort guests to tables or waiting areas.
• Manage reservations and maintain the reservation system.
• Advise guests on menu, specials and features of the restaurant.
• Ensure guests receive consistently high-quality service and dining experience.
• Address customer complaints, suggestions or concerns and report to a Manager or department
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, well maintained and operational at all times.
