Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor - Housekeeping to lead attendants in guest rooms and corridors to resort standards at our upcoming UAE property.

You will supervise daily operations, conduct briefings, ensure timely attire and grooming, and uphold Forbes 5-Star service and health and safety policies while delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• 5-star hotel or luxury resort experience preferred.
• Hotel management education or high school diploma advantageous.
• Computer literate with strong administrative abilities.
• Ability to lead and develop team members.
• Strong customer focus and fast-paced environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise attendants in guest rooms and corridors per standards.
• Conduct team briefings and align tasks with leadership.
• Ensure timely, uniform, and well-groomed staff reporting.
• Inspect rooms, corridors, pantries, staircases, and lift landings for cleanliness.
• Communicate with guests to resolve issues and gather feedback.
• Train and supervise new joiners; manage performance.
• Enforce health and safety policies and emergency procedures.
• Maintain records and communicate priorities to the team.
