Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks an Assistant Manager – Housekeeping to lead the hotel's housekeeping team and optimize operations. The role emphasizes delivering guest comfort, coaching Supervisors, and maintaining high standards across rooms and public areas.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in housekeeping within a large hotel or resort, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This position is onsite at the resort with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management or similar diploma is preferred.
• English communication skills required; speak and understand clearly.
• Minimum 4 years of housekeeping experience in a large hotel or resort.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and housekeeping software where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day department operations to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Coordinate with Front Office and VIP services to optimize room turnover.
• Lead and coach Supervisors and Housekeeping Attendants to meet quality standards.
• Monitor and manage the roster to ensure adequate staffing and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health and safety guidelines, and budget goals.
