Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping attendants to ensure rooms and corridors meet resort standards.
• Conduct briefings and align on tasks with team and leadership.
• Ensure timely attendance, proper uniform, and grooming.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Train and mentor new joiners; identify and address low performance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with a guest-first approach.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and Forbes 5-Star standards.
