Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Supervisor – Public Area to lead the Public Area team within the iconic UAE resort. You will oversee daily operations, enforce service standards, and supervise cleaning across all public spaces to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or integrated resort, plus 4 years of PAD experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. UAE work presence is required.

Qualifications

• Must speak and understand English.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a large five-star hotel or integrated resort.
• Minimum 4 years of PAD experience in a large five-star hotel or integrated gaming resort.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty on time with proper uniform and ID.
• Lead daily briefings for the department and coordinate tasks.
• Supervise colleagues to ensure prompt, courteous service and adherence to resort standards.
• Inspect all public areas (restaurants, washrooms, marina, gaming areas, offices, outdoor spaces) and supervise cleaning schedules.
• Report maintenance needs to Assistant Manager – Public Area; ensure safety policies are followed.
• Coach and train team members; manage performance and discipline as required.
• Ensure staff are trained in resort emergency procedures and first aid.
• Maintain inventory and records of equipment and supplies in public areas.
• Support VIP guest needs and uphold Forbes 5-Star standards.
