Qualifications

• Hotel or resort experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English (verbal, written and reading).
• Strong administrative abilities and leadership skills.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping tasks in guest rooms and corridors.
• Conduct briefings for staff and attend leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes 5-Star standards and health/safety policies.
• Inspect rooms, corridors, pantries, and lift landings for cleanliness.
• Provide training and supervise new joiners; identify low performers.
• Meet guests to personalize service and gather feedback.
