Job summary

Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in Abu Dhabi seeks a Residence Associate to be at the heart of the resident experience, delivering trusted service from arrivals to departures and coordinating resident needs with precision.

You will manage resident requests, lease renewals, and service arrangements, while maintaining detailed profiles and liaising with residents, guests, and internal departments to ensure a seamless, personalized lifestyle experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional service in luxury hospitality or high-end environments.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written English communications; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents/guests with warmth, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
• Coordinate resident requests, special arrangements, and services with timely execution and follow-through.
• Prepare and manage residential agreements, lease renewals, payments, and documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date resident profiles, apartment allocations, and account records for a personalized experience.
• Conduct departure walk-throughs and apartment inspections, ensuring standards are met and follow-up actions are completed.
