Rosewood Abu Dhabi is offering a full‑time opportunity for the position of Guest Service Associate – Front Desk Agent. The role is part of the Front Office team, a dynamic and guest‑focused department responsible for delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience while ensuring exceptional service throughout the guest journey. The position works closely with Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Bell Services to maintain a consistent and outstanding level of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check‑in and check‑out procedures according to service standards
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain positive guest relationships
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure resolution that meets satisfaction
• Manage guest accounts, process payments, and follow cashiering procedures
• Communicate guest information, special requests, and VIP details to relevant departments
• Manage room assignments, update reservations, and maintain accurate daily reports
